Legal basis for this data processing is to prepare a contract between User and Provider.
Duration of data processing
Provider deletes the affected personal data of User in 6 months after the required decision has been made related to the application or – with the explicit consent of the User – Provider will keep personal data and handle it with the original purpose.
Access to data and data security measures
Provides handles all personal data confidentally and provides access to them only for it's contracted eployees. Provider's all employees is under strict data protection agreement.
Provider does not provide access or give any personal data of User to third parties except if it is required by a law in force or legal authorities.
Provider applies proper security measures in order to prohibit unauthorized persons to access personal data, for example it uses HTTPS protocoll for data transferring through the Website so the data transer between the User's computer and the Provider's server is encrypted.

User can ask the Provider via the contact details above to inform him / her about:

Provider completes the request of the User in 30 days using the contact details provided by the User.
